About Us
The design team is headed by Elizabeth Staylor, who opened the business twenty years ago in Rancho Bernardo. With over thirty years of design experience, she looks at kitchen and baths with a creative perspective. A general contractor, she has an extensive knowledge of construction and codes and its effects on design. Elizabeth has lived locally and been a member of the Rancho Bernardo - Poway community since 1973.
John Narducci, a creative genius in his own right, has been with the company for over five years but boasts fifteen years in the design/ build industry.
Courtney Schwenn an interior designer rounds out the team and brings with her a unique perspective and enthusiasm.
Roy Staylor, the CEO and a retired Air Force Colonel, assists in all aspects and delights in being Elizabeth’s muse.
The installation team is lead by Mark Lawson, whose crew takes the design from paper to reality, from demo to turn-key completion. Mark, a general contractor and partner, has been with the company for the last ten years. Mark and his guys have a reputation for being professional, efficient, meticulous, and on time.
